My name is Ali. I have been a train driver for the last 3 years and I really love the job, I always wanted to drive trains.
The thing is, I’m 26 and the older blokes are giving me a really hard time, and they don’t include me and laugh at me behind my back. I’ve tried complaining but it just seems to make things worse.
They definitely have a problem with me being young, black, Muslim… who knows why, but I’m not sure how much more of this I can take.
